Last weekend we celebrated Mike and Maggie's wedding in Fargo. For the rehearsal dinner, Pete and I made them a Stanley Cup cake made out of rice krispie bars and cake! We spent Thursday making 45 batches of rice krispie bars and fondant. The trip to Fargo was Charlie's first road trip but he did great! He only took 2 short naps but was happy, and even happier when he was able to get out of his car seat! It's a good thing we have the minivan because with all of the cake pieces, Charlie's stuff and our bags, we had a full van!! Pete and I put the cake together while Greg helped watch Charlie. It was so awesome to see Mike and Maggie's reaction when they walked into the rehearsal dinner and saw the cake :) The wedding on Saturday was beautiful and it's always great to spend time with family! I didn't take too many pictures but here are a few from the weekend. Congrats Mike and Maggie - come back and visit again soon!!
