Tomorrow I will be 34 weeks and our little boy is still cooking! ha ha :) We had an appointment with our doctor on Tuesday and things look good. Baby's heartbeat was strong and I measured right on track. I'm dilated less than 1 cm, which was where I was 2 weeks ago. They did a test to check for this protein - it came back positive but we were hoping for a negative result! Basically it means that there is a higher chance that I will go into labor early but it's not 100%. My doctor decided to keep me on bed rest for another week and a half to get us to 36 weeks - more TV and movies for me! After that, I should be able to go back to work because we will be far enough along that it will be safe for the baby to come. So we will just wait and see when this little guy decides to make his entrance! Pete's been wonderful and I've had visitors stopping by with lunches and food for us - thank you!! We're busy getting things ready for the little guy - laundry, putting things away in the nursery, etc. I think he has more clothes than me already!! I'm looking forward to visiting with lots of family this weekend. We have a bridal shower for Lindsay, my brother's fiance, on Saturday and a baby shower for us on Sunday! I will update with pictures after the weekend!
